We normally arrive around 1.5–2 hours before service to allow enough time for setup and preparation. For larger events, we can arrange an earlier arrival if required.

Access to electricity is preferred, but we can also operate self-sufficiently where power is not available.

We always recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred supplier.

Running late? There's still a good chance it can be done. Suppliers keep their calendars up to date, but in the rare case they're unable to confirm your booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

You can typically book up to 2-7 days before your event, depending on the supplier.

Each supplier sets their own minimum spend. If the total order is below the supplier's minimum spend, a small order fee is added so the minimum is met. You'll always see clearly if a small order fee has been applied and how much it is.

Once you enter your postcode, delivery is automatically calculated and included in 'Setup and transport'. The cost depends on your distance from the supplier. Some suppliers offer free delivery.

Yes — suppliers keep their calendars up to date, so the dates you see are available. Once you've booked, the supplier will review your booking and confirm it, usually within 24 hours. In the rare case they're unable to confirm, you'll be notified as soon as possible.

When you proceed with your order, you will have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you book more than 7 days in advance, payment will be charged in two instalments.

Your card is only verified when you book. Instalment 1 is charged once the supplier approves your order.

Instalment 2 is charged 7 days before your event.
