I’m a New Zealander who fell in love with Italy, and then with an Italian.
Living in Italy with an Italian wife gave me something I wasn’t expecting: an obsession with pizza. Not the pizza I’d grown up with, but the real thing. Watching it made properly, understanding why the dough matters, why the flour matters and the importance of quality ingredients. I wanted to master it.
So I did. Years of learning, experimenting, failing and eventually getting it right. A long-fermented sourdough base, Shipton Mill ‘00’ flour, Mutti passata, Fresh mozzarella, stone-baked at 400 degrees and finished with a range of mouth watering classic and gourmet toppings.
Now we’re based in the Cotswolds, and we bring that same obsession to your event. Weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, vineyard evenings, pop-ups. Our team make sure every event feels like it matters, because it does.
