Changes and cancellation
Simply order for the expected number of guests to secure the date. You can freely change the number up to days before your event.

Changes: To make changes to your order (guest count, menu, etc.), log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number, open your order, and contact the supplier directly using the contact details provided in your order.
Cancel: You can cancel your order free of charge up to 7 days before your event. Any payments already made will be refunded in full. Log in at nuento.co.uk with your phone number and cancel directly from your order page.
We always recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of securing your preferred supplier.
Running late? There's still a good chance it can be done. Suppliers keep their calendars up to date, but in the rare case they're unable to confirm your booking, you'll be notified as soon as possible.
You can typically book up to 2-7 days before your event, depending on the supplier.
Each supplier sets their own minimum spend. If the total order is below the supplier's minimum spend, a small order fee is added so the minimum is met. You'll always see clearly if a small order fee has been applied and how much it is.
Once you enter your postcode, delivery is automatically calculated and included in 'Setup and transport'. The cost depends on your distance from the supplier. Some suppliers offer free delivery.
Yes — suppliers keep their calendars up to date, so the dates you see are available. Once you've booked, the supplier will review your booking and confirm it, usually within 24 hours. In the rare case they're unable to confirm, you'll be notified as soon as possible.
When you proceed with your order, you will have the option to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
If you book more than 7 days in advance, payment will be charged in two instalments.
Instalment 1 is reserved on your account at booking and charged 5 days later.
Instalment 2 is charged 7 days before your event.
