As a guide, we can serve approximately 100 guests per hour, with 2 members of staff but service time and staffing depend on the final guest count and the time required/available for service.

If you have a larger event and would like food served within a shorter time frame, we can accommodate this by bringing additional staff, this may affect the final price.

For example:

• 50–100 guests can be served within 1 hour with 2 staff

• 500 guests in 2 hours will require extra staff and additional cost

• 1000 guests would typically require at least 4 hours of service

We’re happy to advise on the best setup based on your guest numbers and preferred serving time.

Please allow around 2 hours for setup before service for smaller events. For much larger events this could be up to 5 hours

We need approximately 5m x 6m of space for the stall/van setup. For much larger events with a short service window we will need more space. Please get in touch with h your specific requirements.

It depends on the event, but usually we require 2 x 13 amp power. For larger events we may need more than this.

We may be flexible if we know in advance.

Yes, we will set up before the event starts.

Yes, we leave the serving space clean after service.

Simply order for the expected number of participants to secure the date. You can freely change the number up to days before your event.

We always recommend booking as early as possible. This gives you the best chance of having your order accommodated.

Running late? There's still a good chance it can be done. And if your order is unexpectedly rejected, we will always do our best to find another menu that meets your requirements.

You can typically book up to 2-7 days before your event, depending on the supplier.

It depends on the item or menu you choose. If there is a minimum number of covers, this will be indicated at the top, just below the price.

Once you enter your postal code, a price will automatically be calculated based on your distance from the supplier. Sometimes delivery is free.

This way you know the delivery price before you order.

In principle, we are available on the dates you can choose. In case of exceptions, you will be notified as soon as possible.

When you proceed with your order, you will have the option to pay by credit card, bank transfer or EAN.

If you order more than 7 days in advance, payment will be charged in two instalments.

Instalment 1 is reserved on your account at booking and charged 5 days later.

Instalment 2 is charged 7 days before the selected delivery time.
