As a guide, we can serve approximately 100 guests per hour, with 2 members of staff but service time and staffing depend on the final guest count and the time required/available for service.
If you have a larger event and would like food served within a shorter time frame, we can accommodate this by bringing additional staff, this may affect the final price.
For example:
50–100 guests can be served within 1 hour with 2 staff
500 guests in 2 hours will require extra staff and additional cost
1000 guests would typically require at least 4 hours of service
