My name is Jason Biddulph, and I am the owner of Biddulph’s Pizzeria, based in Ashby de-la Zouch. I specialise in preparing and baking fresh, authentic Neapolitan Italian pizza, using only the finest ingredients. Each element of pizza is made as close to the event as possible to ensure maximum freshness.
As a fully trained Master Baker, I create my dough by hand using a traditional Italian recipe and 00 Caputo flour. All main toppings and ingredients are imported directly from Italy, resulting in a flavour that is as close to Naples as you can get !
The pizzas are cooked in a traditional Italian-built Fontana wood-fired oven, producing not only an incredible taste but also a unique experience for your guests, who can watch their gourmet pizza being freshly prepared before their eyes.
