Chef Maurizio Romeo, born and bread in Sicily, has a huge passion for great food, from autenitic Italian cuisine to sumptuous cakes and gourgeous gourmet pizzas , and enjoys preparing mouth-watering dishes both hot and cold.
He took his first steps in the cooking world in the family kitchen with his mother and his grandma , where he learnt the secrets of authentic Italian traditional food and Sourdough Pizzas.

He really get a buzz from working in a busy environment, and great pleasure out of seeing happy faces enjoying good dishes that he has prepared fresh. He is an experienced chef with a proven track record of making great food that will entice customers and leave them wanting more.
he has worked hard to build up a good reputation and successful career in the catering world, of which I am very proud.

We moved to the UK with my family in 2014 and in 2016 we launched ODORI & SAPORI BY ROMEO which we are pleased to say that our passion is the reason of our success.
