The story behind Pabellón began when Karla and Helios, a young Venezuelan couple, decided to share their traditions and flavours with the world. Pabellón is where tradition and passion are combined with loads of care to deliver delicious menu options. Our varied menu of Venezuelan food with gluten free options, seek to preserve generations of family recipes, processes and flavours.

Pabellón is a family-run Venezuelan kitchen where tradition and passion meet careful execution of our national dishes. Our goal is simple: bring the taste of Venezuela to your event with food that feels homemade, generous, and full of soul.Our menu is built on a gluten-free base and made in-house, with spice kept mild and family-friendly so everyone can enjoy it. We use 100% halal meats and include naturally vegan ingredients across the menu. Want more heat? Add our signature Garlic or Chili sauce as an extra kick.Each rice bowl is served with lightly salted long-grain white rice and classic Pabellón toppings like black beans, sweet plantain, arepa (corn bread), pico de gallo and avocado.
