The Art of Pizza
We make our own 48–72 hour Bigga dough using a blend of Caputo Italian flours, following authentic methods with no shortcuts. The result is a super light, fluffy, and easy-to-digest pizza, with a beautifully pronounced cornicione, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We’re equally committed to using only the finest, authentic Italian ingredients, the same ones Italians eat at home, all carefully selected for quality, origin, and full traceability, including D.O.P-certified products.
