Spudski

Spudski is a small independent food truck business combining British street food favourites with proper homemade Polish cooking. After living in the UK for more than 20 years, I wanted to create something that reflects both places I call home — familiar comfort food, but with a bit more character and flavour.

The idea started with jacket potatoes. In my opinion, they deserve much more attention than they usually get, so at Spudski they are the centre of the menu, not just a side dish. Alongside the classic toppings, we serve homemade Polish favourites like bigos, slow-cooked pulled pork, rich stews, and seasonal specials that work perfectly with a properly baked potato.

We are also fully set up for breakfast and daytime trade, with a professional barista coffee machine and grill menu serving fresh coffee, breakfast baps, hot sandwiches, and simple but quality food throughout the day.

Spudski is all about generous portions, good ingredients, friendly service, and food that people genuinely enjoy and come back for.
