You can find exactly the food truck(s) that suit your event and order online. All food trucks have a frequently updated calendar, so you can be fairly certain it's available when you book. If not, we'll help you find a new option completely free of charge.

Yes. It actually surprises many people how easy it is to book a food truck for their event. As soon as you place an order, it's sent for approval to the supplier. You typically get a response within 24 hours. If your order is unexpectedly rejected, you'll immediately receive help from one of our event coordinators, who will contact you with new (and sometimes better) options.

You can cancel up to days before your event. We would of course always like to know as early as possible.

The power requirements for a food truck can vary depending on the specific setup and equipment used. Most food trucks use 400V in the form of a red five-pin 16A CEE plug, which is the standard for heavier electrical appliances. For most events, this will be sufficient to power the kitchen's necessary equipment.

In some cases where less power is needed, food trucks use 230V through a 'standard' power plug. This is practical for smaller setups or when only lighter equipment is in use.

For larger events or food trucks with particularly power-demanding equipment, a more powerful 400V 32A plug may be required.

A food truck typically starts from prices around DKK 170-200 per cover and a minimum of approx. 30 covers. That corresponds to approx. DKK 6,000. From there you can of course add to and upgrade the menu. Many food trucks offer the option to upgrade to All You Can Eat—and for some it's the standard.

The easiest way to see completely accurate prices is to start a search for your requirements and see the results. At Nuento there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay. Note that the transport fee can only be calculated once you've entered the postal code for your event.
