Congratulations! You've now added the order to your Nuento booking system. The customer will receive a confirmation email, the invoice and any other relevant emails about the order.

Move existing orders to Nuento

You can now either send the booking link to the customer or fill in their details yourself (for example, if you've already received them by email or phone).

If you fill in the customer's details, you'll need to:

Congratulations! You've now completed the order for the customer, and they will receive an email confirming it.

If you'd like to <a href="/help/move-existing-orders">move an existing order into the Nuento booking system</a>, follow the same guide but choose Existing order instead of New order. The customer will then receive an email explaining that the order has been moved to your new booking system — and the system will handle all invoicing for you.

The benefits of creating your own orders

"You have received a new order of £850.00 from Nuento" is an example of the subject line in the email we send you when you receive an order.

The first thing to do is consider whether you're available on the date in question and can approve the order. Then click "Respond to order".

You'll see a page showing the full order. Check that everything looks correct and, at the bottom, choose whether to approve or decline the order.

You can also approve the order subject to a condition. If you do, clearly describe the condition — for example, "Unfortunately we can't get cod for our fish 'n' chips, so we'll use hake instead".

The customer can then approve or cancel the order based on that condition. Before submitting it, you're welcome to call the customer to discuss the details. The phone number appears on the page where you approve or decline the order.

When you receive an order

💰 **You earn 5% of the order value** every time a customer who came via you books with another partner on Nuento.

Affiliate runs primarily automatically in the background via the "Book online" button and the partner badge on your own website — you don't need to do anything actively. As a supplement, you can send an affiliate link by email or SMS whenever you come across a customer you can't take on yourself.

On every order the customer books — paid out automatically once the event has been delivered.

5% commission

The referral is tied to you, so the customer still feels they came through you.

When your calendar is full, the system automatically picks the customer up and passes them on to a colleague via you.

Add the "Book online" button to your site and the rest runs by itself.

Set up once

The primary way to earn affiliate is to let the system do the work for you. When you have the "Book online" button and the partner badge on your own website, Nuento automatically catches the customers you can't take on — and credits you 5% if they end up booking another partner.

With the <a href="/account/tasks/direct-booking">"Book online" button</a> and the <a href="/account/tasks/partner-badge">partner badge</a> on your site it happens automatically: when a customer chooses a date you're booked, they get a pop-up with an alternative via you — and you earn 5% if they book a colleague.

Send an affiliate link yourself (secondary)

As a supplement to automatic affiliate, you can send a personal affiliate link to a customer by email or SMS — for example in an auto-reply or when you decline an enquiry.

Where does it make sense to send the link?

Add the link at the bottom of your decline email or SMS so the customer can quickly find a similar supplier.

When you decline

Use an auto-reply when you're busy? Drop the link into that reply. The customer gets help and you earn a little extra while you're away from the keyboard.
